Lily Powell

The theme of ‘surface and scale’ was investigated applying the motif of the circle to create fluidity, my aim being to explore how these two subjects interact. Working with textiles process to include Lino and Screen print, heat press and embroidery, I created a range of designs which flow as a whole yet contrast each other through bold, bright colour and form.
